B2AI
AI Services
Mashin treats artificial intelligence as a new era of brand communication, not just another productivity tool. The agency organizes that practice under the name B2AI and builds it on three in-house tools: Brand Echo Tracker, X7 and the Brand Constitutions.
Three ways to use artificial intelligence
Bringing artificial intelligence into marketing work has three distinct ways, which Mashin keeps carefully separate: all three are valid, but they are not worth the same.
The first speeds up production. It lets you generate more content, faster and at lower cost: pieces, adaptations, market versions, creative variants. It is the most visible one and already built into the agency's production processes.
The second widens the analysis. It lets you weigh more information before deciding: more sources, more variables, more context than a team can process in the time it has. Applied to strategy and creativity, it does not replace judgment; it gives judgment more to stand on.
The third transforms the market. It is the one that changes who listens to the brand, and it is the one that matters most. Brand Echo Tracker, X7 and the Brand Constitutions belong to this last category.
What AI changed is not just the cost
The conversation about artificial intelligence in marketing tends to stay on the first of those three ways: producing faster and spending less. It is real and it matters, but it is the one that changes the game the least, because soon everyone will have it.
The third change runs deeper. For the first time in the history of advertising, a brand has to speak to someone who is not a person.
The new interlocutor
More and more purchase decisions start with a question asked to an artificial intelligence assistant. And more and more often, that assistant does not just answer: it compares options, rules out candidates and puts together a recommendation for the person who asked.
That intermediary does not get excited about a good piece of creative work. It does not recognize an award-winning campaign. It has no brand memory or accumulated affection. What it does is retrieve fragments of information, cross-check them, and discard what does not add up.
A brand can have flawless communication for people and still be invisible to that interlocutor. Not because of poor quality, but because nobody wrote with it in mind.
That is why this page is written this way
Mashin applied to its own site the criteria it recommends to its clients. Every paragraph stands on its own, every claim comes with its data, and no number contradicts another on a different page.
There is no technical trick behind it. What works with an AI is the same thing that works with a demanding reader: clear, verifiable and consistent text. The difference is that a human reader forgives an inconsistency and the automated system punishes it by discarding the whole source.
The age of agents
The next step has already begun. Assistants are moving from answering questions to carrying out tasks: searching, filtering, comparing prices and, in some cases, completing the purchase on behalf of whoever uses them.
When that becomes the norm, a brand will need two distinct conversations. The usual one, with people, which keeps working through emotion, story and belonging. And a new one, with the systems that represent them, where what is at stake is clarity, consistency and the ability to be verified.
Mashin works on both today.
Our tools
Brand Echo Tracker monitors how people talk about a brand and how AI tools recommend it. It is the diagnosis: it shows what version of the brand is circulating before trying to change it.
Brand Constitutions sets the direction for a brand's message in a document that both people and systems execute. It is the ordering that follows the diagnosis.
X7 analyzes influencer profiles and matches them to the brand's strategy, using AI agents to reduce the bias of a decision usually made by instinct.
All three answer to the same criterion: artificial intelligence is used to understand better, not to produce faster.
What we do not promise
Mashin does not promise that an AI will recommend your brand, mention it more, or give it a particular position in its answers. Nobody can promise that, and whoever does is selling something they do not control.
What can be done is removing the ambiguity: making what your brand claims about itself clear, consistent and verifiable. After that, the decision belongs to the system and to the person consulting it.
Your brand is already being described by systems that never knew it. It helps to know what they are saying.
