Our model

Why

Media Big Bang

In 2008 marketing went through what Mashin calls the Media Big Bang: every platform, every discipline and every technology became a world with its own logic, a bubble of specialization. Since then brands have been choosing between two incomplete paths: an agency that does everything with uneven depth, or a group of specialists that someone on the brand's team has to coordinate, align and defend when something fails.

The problem is not talent. The problem is the model.

What

A network of 150+ partners

The Mashin Model combines an in-house strategic core with a network of more than 150 specialized partners in 8 countries: Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Spain, the United States, Guatemala, Mexico and Uruguay. The core understands the challenge, designs the solution and directs the execution. The network brings the exact specialization each project needs: gaming, influencers, media, data, production, events, technology.

One contract. One point of contact. One person accountable.

Who makes it work

Brand Developers

Account Management understands the brand's real need, beyond the request written in the brief.

Planning finds the solution by combining bubbles that normally never touch each other.

Project Management turns the idea into something that actually happens, on time.

Running across all three is the Brand Developer, the Mashin role that concentrates a project's accountability and coordinates the specialists from the network. The Brand Developer knows the full map of available specialties, knows which one applies to each problem and brings them together into a single proposal. That is why a project that spans six disciplines reaches the brand as a single conversation.

What a project looks like

#TacticNeutral

Mashin understands first. No project starts with a solution already in its pocket.

A Mashin proposal also shows what was ruled out: every recommendation comes with at least one alternative that was evaluated and not chosen, and the reason why. This is #TacticNeutral: the commitment to recommend the tactic that solves the problem, with no bias toward whichever service it would suit to sell. In Volvamos a los Clubes (Topper, 2022 to 2025), the discarded alternative was a traditional advertising campaign with fictional stories.

A single owner throughout the execution. Even if five partners take part, you deal with one person and receive one report.

At the close, Mashin delivers a report with the measured results and the project's learnings.
