Privacy Notice

On the website we collect:

• Identification and contact data: first and last name, email address and the content of the message you send us through the “Give us an excuse” form (Contact section).
• Browsing and technical data: IP address, cookie identifiers, device and browser type, pages visited, date and time of interaction, referral URL.
• Social media: if you click our links to Instagram and LinkedIn, the corresponding platform may collect data under its own policies.

We do not request sensitive data through the site.

You may withhold your consent for the secondary purposes by sending an email to privacidad@wearemashin.com with the subject line “Opt-out of secondary purposes”.

Your refusal will not affect how we handle your requests.

We process data under the LFPDPPP (Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties) and its Regulations, based on: (i) your consent, (ii) the legal relationship we have with you, and (iii) compliance with legal obligations.

We may share data with providers (data processors) who render services to us, for example site hosting, transactional email, analytics and security, subject to confidentiality and data protection agreements. We may also share data with authorities when required by law or a legal request.

Some recipients may be located outside Mexico; we apply reasonable contractual and technical measures to ensure an adequate level of protection.

We use cookies and similar technologies to: (i) enable basic site functions, (ii) measure the use of pages and sections, and (iii) improve content.

We will keep your data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described and the applicable statute-of-limitations periods. We will then proceed to securely delete or anonymize it.

You may access, rectify, cancel or object to the processing of your data, as well as revoke your consent and limit its use or disclosure.

• Include your full name, a means of contacting you, a description of the right you wish to exercise and, where applicable, identification or representation documents.
• We will handle your request within the periods set by the LFPDPPP and will inform you of its outcome.

If you believe your right to data protection has been violated, you may contact INAI at www.inai.org.mx.

Our content and services are not directed at minors under 18 years of age. If we detect data from minors collected without the corresponding consent, we will delete it as reasonably promptly as possible.

The site presents institutional information, case studies and a contact form; it does not offer online purchases or payments. It also mentions operations and offices in several countries across the Americas and Europe, which may involve cross-border data flows to our data processors and regional teams, under adequate safeguards.

We may update this Notice to reflect regulatory or operational changes. The current version will be available at https://www.wearemashin.com/aviso-de-privacidad and will include the date of the last update.
