Brand Echo Tracker

Brand Echo Tracker is Mashin's tool that monitors how people talk about a brand and how AI tools recommend it. It was built in 2026 and is today the starting point of the B2AI practice.

What Brand Echo Tracker measures

Brand Echo Tracker runs on the Golden Cycle, the framework that measures more than 50 variables across three axes: the brand's message, the public's response and the image AIs build.

The message

What the brand says and how it says it: which funnel levels it communicates at, what universe of words it uses, what narrative arcs it sustains and with what degree of authenticity.

The response

What the public gives back: which sources influence the conversation, what groups the audience organizes into and with what sentiment it responds.

The image

What ends up built: the associated socioeconomic level and lifestyle, cultural roots, personality archetypes and relationship styles. From there comes a synthesis of brand personality.

How what AIs say is measured

The AEO module queries five models: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity and Grok. It asks by category and against competitors, and measures two distinct things: whether the brand appears spontaneously and how often it lands in the top positions of the answer.

Each question runs a hundred times, twenty per model. That repetition is no excess of caution: a language model answers the same question differently each time, and a single query describes a coincidence, not a behavior.

What else it includes

Conversa lets you talk to the analysis's full dataset (the raw social data and everything derived from it), which is larger than a general AI can process directly.

Recomendaciones closes the report with concrete next steps for the brand.

Every plan includes a one-hour session with a brand analyst for each report generated. Data without someone to interpret it is a table, not a decision.

What the result is for

A Brand Echo Tracker report answers three questions most brands have not answered.

What version of the brand is circulating today in AIs, which is almost never the one the brand meant to communicate. Where the contradictions between its own sources are, which is where much of the problem is born. And what to move first, in order of impact.

That diagnosis is also the input for the Brand Constitution, the document that sets the direction for a brand's message: first you measure what is circulating, then you put it in order.

The satellites of Brand Echo Tracker

Market

Echo Tracker

Market Echo Tracker analyzes entire categories instead of individual brands: how AI platforms rank the players in a market in a country or region. It was applied, for example, to the asado-drinks category in Argentina and to the upper-segment electric-car category in Mexico.

Talent

Echo Tracker

Talent Echo Tracker monitors influencers and talent: how they are perceived, what position they hold with their audience and how sustained the character they build is.

Ecommerce

Echo Tracker

Ecommerce Echo Tracker analyzes how a brand speaks inside ecommerce: what version of itself shows up in product pages, reviews and marketplaces, which is often different from the one it sustains on its own channels.

What Brand Echo Tracker does not do

Brand Echo Tracker measures and diagnoses. It does not guarantee that a model will recommend a brand, mention it more, or give it a particular position in its answers. What it delivers is a reading of ground almost nobody was watching until now, and the list of what can be fixed.

Before deciding what to say, it helps to know what is already being said about you.
